DAVID H. DEAN
David is a registered Architect with over 20 years experience in site planning, commercial, wireless communications, mixed use, educational, military, medical and fueling facilities. Project experience also includes tenant improvements, residential and multi family design. Graduated Montana State University with a Masters in Architecture.
Specialties: AutoCAD, Revit 2013, AccuRender, SketchUp, 3D modeling, (for design development and final presentation), due diligence, permitting, and client contact.
ARNY W. BAILEY
Arny has worked in the architectural profession since 1979 (licensed since 1990) and managed his own professional practice from 1995 to 2009. Peak revenues of $2.4 million, employing over 20 persons. Numerous awards including Bellevue Emerging Business award 1998, Emerging Technology Category for Document Management Distribution Systems via Web Technologies for Texaco and Diamond Shamrock Oil Companies; Tenant Improvement Project of the Year for the Associated General Contractors for Puget Sound Energy Headquarters (LEED Silver) - 92,000 S.F.
While spending days as an architect, Arny also performed as a musician for some of the areas leading acts performing on stage with Alan White (Yes and John Lennon), Roger Fisher, Steve Fossen (Heart), Don Wilson (The Ventures), Ray Dorsett (Mungo Jerry) and more.
