My experience at this service station was very excellent....everything is neat and legit.... The service advisors are very sharp actually the whole stuff is nice.. Their express service is quicker... Free refreshments while you wait on the lounge.... They give you a lift to where ever you wanna go around town... They bit any quotation.. Cheapest in town...great customer experience 👌I felt I payed less than I had too.. After did so many quotations around.

Every time I took my car in, it left with another issue, that now cost more, and more. They never attended to issues correctly and made it my problem when they broke something else when fixing something right near the same thing that now broke. This happened multiple times and I raised it up. The senior manager/owner was effective but not always present the guys tell you a whole bunch of stuff but when you get down to it it’s a minor item. Last time they introduced a problem to my steering and then they said it was not them. They refused to fix the 4th problem they introduced.
AVOID these people seriously they will introduce problems into your vechile. You pay and pay and pay…. With absolutely no accountability. Just a money making business.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Talia in 2023 at Bosch Umhlanga. With all the challenges with my policy she fought for me and kept me informed throughout. Made me feel very important like I'm her only customer. A true definition of customer service.

Excellent services and timely repairs. Tyron was extremely helpful with sorting out the process of doing the repairs on my car and Rodrick the parts manager was extremely helpful as well in sourcing the parts for a good price. Would recommend to anyone, anytime.
