Never recommend Yoode
Extremely unprofessional experience with Yoode. I trusted them with our tennis tournament uniforms in Singapore, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The t-shirts and shorts were delivered late, with wrong sizes, poor printing, and incorrect designs — even after repeated confirmations.
Their communication was the worst part — Diwakar simply stopped responding to calls and messages, and there was no accountability until I had to escalate to another person. I spent additional money on transport and had to rework arrangements at the last minute.
The print quality was terrible, some sizes were inconsistent, and they even printed duplicate numbers on different shorts despite clearly sharing the list.
After multiple follow-ups, there was still **no resolution** and **no response** from the company. I would strongly advise anyone considering Yoode for event apparel or customized orders to think twice. Totally unreliable and disappointing service.
