We just recently settled our investment property and we can't be happier with the outcome. Karthik did an amazing job getting our home loan approved within the target date of our settlement and we also end up saving around $20k for getting the bank to approved our loan instead of non-bank lender. We also got a low interest rate compared to our initial loan plan. We look forward to working again with Karthik for our next investment property journey, Lord willing... We highly recommend this bloke.
