Still in the process of getting my tattoo removed. This woman can multitask with such grace. She can hold a conversation to make you feel comfortable and still do her work all at the same time. She’s thorough, consistent, efficient, kind, considerate and knows exactly what she’s doing. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for permanent tattoo removal. She’s the best in the bay hands down and I’m always so pleased with her services.

I’ve been to a few different tattoo removal places before, and none of them compare to my experience here. The studio is extremely clean — you can tell hygiene is a top priority. Marisabel is incredibly knowledgeable and broke down the science behind the laser so well that I actually understood what to expect each session. Her bedside manner is excellent, and she pays attention to every detail to make sure clients feel safe and informed. If you’re looking for someone professional, skilled, and genuinely committed to great results, this is the place.

Marisabel has been amazing for both my foot tattoo removal and my eyebrow and faux freckle removal. She was transparent about the process, very responsive to any questions I had, and accommodating in my comfort during the procedure. I could not be more pleased with the end result of my eyebrow removal and the customer service she has provided.

Hace 5 años cometí el error de confiar mis cejas para un procedimiento de Microblading en la persona equivocada y desde el día uno fue una pesadilla, empecé a buscar tratamientos para retirarlo y solo había encontrado tratamientos costos,dolorosos y sin resultados hasta que encontré a Marisabel en Instagram, inmediatamente me puse en contacto con ella y me explicó el procedimiento de Láser,lo que más me gustó es su horario de trabajo que incluye fines de semana con horarios excelentes realmente excedió mis expectativas en mi primer sesión logró sacar lo que odié por 5 años, estoy eternamente agradecida con ella por devolverme mi autoestima, así que si alguien en algún momento se sintió igual que yo no duden en ponerse en contacto con ella, es una persona muy honesta y su lugar de trabajo es muy agradable y limpio aparte de que se encuentra localizada en una excelente área.

I can say enough great things about Marisabel in the experience of having my old eyebrows tattoo/Microblading removal. I was nervous at first, but the moment Marisabel explained the process and what to expect I was completely at ease. Marisabel took time to listen all my questions and concerns.

Marisa is so kind, professional, honest and has exceptional customer service skills. she really cares about you as a customer, your tattoo story and helping you achieve whatever goals you have for tattoo removal. she’s not interested in milking you for cash with numerous and excessive unnecessary appointments but encourages me to wait months before scheduling again to see progress first. Marisabel is AMAZING. Professional. Responsive. Friendly. Answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. I was so nervous about having my eyebrows lasered off, but WOW, I am so happy with the result. After just one session the difference is already incredible and still left just enough color/bit of shadow under my eyebrows to still keep their shape without requiring penciling/makeup for shape. Don't hesitate to go to Marisabel. Highly recommend her!

I had my eyebrows lasered and from start to finish, Marisabel was amazing. She was so calm and reassuring, guiding me through every step and making sure I knew exactly what to expect. I had a laser carbon facial and I’m really happy with the results. My skin feels smoother, looks brighter, and has a healthy glow. Marisabel was amazing, super professional, gentle, and explained everything really well. The treatment was comfortable and quick, and I noticed a difference right after. I am definitely coming back!

A couple weeks ago I had my first session of tattoo removal on my eyebrows. My permanent makeup was way too dark and uneven, and I was ready for a change! The experience was seriously a 10/10. She had the best energy — super fun but still totally professional. She walked me through every step and made the whole process so easy. I’ll definitely be back for my second session, and in the meantime, I’m telling all my friends about her!

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and informed about the entire process. She took the time to assess my tattoo, explain the laser technology she uses, and set realistic expectations for my removal journey.
The treatment itself was sooo quick, and she made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout.
