Went to Lauren for a couple of sessions of laser hair removal and I couldn’t recommend her more! She’s such a sweet girl, makes you feel comfortable and is flexible around your needs. Saying this from experience as someone who struggles with anxiety, she went out her way and did small things to help me not panic like having a smaller separate treatment room where we do sessions to make it less overwhelming for me. it’s a small gesture however it means so much to me that she’s understanding! She’s also very approachable, im not a people-ee person but she’s somehow got me chatting away with her & I always leave with a smile after sessions with her! I mean when I say I recommend her, i come from blackpool all the way to preston just for laser hair removal. I’ve tried other places but just couldn’t find comfort in them like I do with Lauren!
Lauren is your girl if you need treatments! 🫶🏼

Lauren was absolutely amazing and super reassuring when I went for a facial, she advised me with which facial would be best for my skin type and guided me through what she was doing the whole time and was extremely relaxing! I would highly recommend Lauren for any skin treatments she was super chatty, friendly and provided me with lots of advice for my skin. It was overall a lovely experience 🤍

I highly recommend Lauren, she is lovely and very informative. I booked hair removal with her for the first time. I have used 2 other companies for similar treatments and this was by far the least painful. I will be going to Lauren all the time now and I'm looking at booking other treatments with her now too (powder brow and lip blush) something I have wanted for a while, but never trusted to reach out to anyone about. I had my Carbon Laser Facial with Lauren twice now. You can immediately see improvements on my skin after the first session. I suffered hormonal acne for ages now and i think Carbon hair facial is the best decision i made to get rid of this horrible acne. I still have few more sessions to go and looking forward to it.
