I believed that person and posted all this, but I later realized that I should not have done this. So I sincerely apologize to the Suntec team, the management, and Ajay Sir.

Dear suntec management team a. Small review from your organization I've had enough of Ajay Maurya’s toxic behavior. He knows nothing about the Qualio or Invoicing projects, so he resorts to bullying. He constantly threatened to send me to HR or hold my salary over minor things. If I had a miss-punch, he’d harass me and demand a 'party' to let it go. He uses foul language on the floor and mocks people daily. He even brags that no matter how many complaints he gets, nothing will happen to him—and I know you probably won't do anything either. I had personal issues, but he used them to pressure me into resigning. The environment is trash, and everyone is just too scared for their jobs to speak up." I am fully aware that management will likely take no action against him, as he constantly boasts that "nothing will happen" to him regardless of complaints. However, I am putting this on the record anyway.

My experience is good. And HR's behaviour is also good, but the behaviour of peons here was not good with me they just do work as they wanted to do they don't please or even listen to people what they asked them to do. Besides this I have no problem with the company. And it's good to work here.

" if it is not linked with your company then check report it some where. If it is coming from your company HR then don't do this kind of work. where promoting product from no-users/experience of the product.
