We have no record of you or any gift card purchase in our system. When we asked for the gift card name and number to verify the transaction and balance (a standard step to assist further), you refused to provide them unless we first agreed to issue a cash refund. Without those details, we were unable to confirm any purchase ever took place or take any additional steps.
You stated you would post a public review if we did not provide a cash refund—which is precisely what happened here.
