LOVE my Dentist! She is candid, no sugarcoating and tells me when I am making progress or doing well with my routine.
The entire staff is personable - and remember you! More like visiting caring friends helping you manage your health vs practitioners solely trying to make a living.
Referred to the practice 15 years ago when I relocated to NYC. What a blessing!!

12/21/2025: It’s not easy to find a good dentist in NYC. Sachar Dental is the best. Every staff member is friendly and professional. They’re clear and honest about treatment plans, costs, and working with patients to address dental health while mindful of financial constraints. I’ve been recommending Sachar Dental since my first visit years ago, and continue to recommend them to friends.
6/13/2025: I continue to be a huge fan of Sachar Dental. The whole staff is super competent, gentle and kind. After many years I have great dental health thanks to this team. They clearly communicate dental issues, plans, costs and fully involve patients in treatment plans. I was thankful that they were willing to try and able to save a root botched root canal from another provider that most dentists declined to treat.
I have a couple of friends who have tooth sensitivity and fear of dentists who are now regular patients of Sachar Dental and no longer dread or delay visits to the dentist
Update: Sachar Dental goes above and beyond, in a dream world they would manage all my healthcare.
Late last night I had a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment this morning to have everything resolved before noon.
I can’t praise the entire staff enough for being warm, flexible and super competent.

Updated: Finding a competent dentist you trust is difficult. I’ve been going to SacharDental for the last 18 months for everything from cleanings to surgery, everyone on staff is super competent and genuinely friendly.
I’ve recommended the practice to friends, family and coworkers - they all agree Sachar Dental is exceptional.
Dr. Sachar is kind, compassionate and professional. She took the time to listen to my complicated dental situation and was very thorough in making a plan. She and her staff were very clear next steps, billing and insurance. She was very clear about what she could do and what needed to be assessed by an in-house, scheduling a follow up the next day. Both Dr. Sachar and Dr. Osterman were clear in communicating difficult information.
Every procedure I have had in her office has made me confident I was in good hands. In my experience, finding competent dentists in NYC has been challenging so finding Dr. Sachar was a relief. I couldn't recommend Dr. Sachar and her entire team more enthusiastically.

Very friendly and professional! So far they have always seen me on time. Front staff is very friendly and on top of everything. The dentists are very good. Had a cleaning, whitening and an extraction with a prosthetic replacement. All the work has been excellent so far.

Great experience with Dr. Drach and Adrianna. Dr. Drach examined my mouth thoroughly, including my areas of concern, and gave me a treatment that focused on preventing future issues rather than immediately jumping to a filling. I look forward to returning!
