Della has been going to Max & Alayna’s Paws Play since she was just 6 months old. And at 5 years old she still can’t get over the excitement of going to daycare (and doesn’t want to leave!). I would recommend Paws Play to any dog mom or dad!!

We started going to Max & Alayna’s when we needed to come to Cleveland Clinic for care. They are close to Cleveland Clinic if you are coming into town with your dog and need daycare services. The staff provided outstanding care for our dog always greeting her by name and happy to see her. Our schedule often changed day to day and they were so flexible and accommodating. Can’t say enough good things about Teressa and her staff!

Max and Alayna's Paws Play was first recommended to me by a coworker and I am so grateful that he did! Our pup has been going for over a year now for both daycare and boarding and she can't wait to run through the doors each time. The staff are friendly, welcoming and genuinely love all of the dogs and get to know their unique personalities. I recently left behind an item from a boarding stay that I assumed would be tossed or donated within a few days. I was blown away when they still had it and proactively gave it back to me months later during a daycare visit. While I no longer work downtown, Paws Play is still worth the trip to give our girl a great time with great people :)

Max and Alayna’s Paws Play has been a lifesaver for me when it comes to taking care of my puppy. Every staff member is so kind and you can tell that they really love the dogs that they take care of. They are so accommodating with daycare and boarding, and I absolutely love getting the daily reports showing my puppy playing with the other dogs! Even my grandmother looks forward to seeing the pictures. I cannot say enough about the positive experiences I’ve had with Paws Play and I am truly grateful to have found them. My dog is so excited to walk through those doors every morning. 10/10 experience, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Last minute needed someone to daycare my corgi for a day trip in Cleveland and Max and Alayna were the first and nearly only business to get back to me on a Sunday during their business hours. Answered every question over the phone. Told me immediately what to expect and that they had availability for me to arrive the next day as early as open for a daycare evaluation that they conducted for a flat rate. He spent the whole day there then, sending me text updates and photos throughout the day. Got to pick him up just before close and was told a detailed account of everything he enjoyed and didn’t enjoy. Was so happy, I immediately have booked him for tomorrow morning before we leave town! Could be happier with their service, flexibility and kindness.

We dropped off our pooch here because of its proximity to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. We were greeted with friendliness and professionalism, right from the beginning. When I picked my dog up, she was very happy. You can tell the people here really care for animals.

If I could give a 10 star review, I would!!! Paws and Play take such good care of our energetic Alaskan Malamute both in day care and for the occasional boarding. We live close by and our pup can’t walk by anymore- she is too excited and thinks we’re going to see her friends there. That’s how much she loves it there- and as her owners, we know that means they’re good to her. Thank you!
