Unfortunately, website says drop by and see the showroom!
Came by, just as website indicated, and showroom is locked - can’t see the showroom (can’t even get in the parking lot).
Very disappointed as it’s a one hr trip to do what they indicate and then find it’s locked during their posted business hours and can’t see.
If you’re interested in seeing options (I) look online, (ii) submit info on line, (iii) wait for them to contact you, (iv) possibly visit.
Maybe a good store / service - recommendation for Original Chimney - just update website to indicate you can’t actually come see it; clearly indicate can only come after submitting information and setting up appointment - I think everyone will be happy to do it, they just need to know.

Wonderful suggestion! Our showroom representative is on paternity leave, and we will definitely get with the web development team to clarify we are temporarily functioning by appointment only!

This is the second time we’ve used Original Chimney to inspect and clean our chimney. Once again we are very pleased. Our technician was Ryan and he arrived exactly at the time we arranged, which is always a plus. He worked efficiently and kept all our indoor surfaces clean. I definitely recommend Original Chimney!

These are the best folks I have ever dealt with. So polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. We had previously hired somebody “cheaper” to use. Boy, did they take us for a ride. They did nothing, except make it worse. That just shows how you get what you pay for! Ryan and Todd were like family when they left. They cleaned 10 gallons of creosote from our chimney and were here over two hours. If you’re looking for some wood stove, fireplace or chimney folks, these guys are the BEST!!!

The two technicians sent for the job divided and conquered! They were finished with their sweep and inspection under an hour. They were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable- will be calling back shortly for some repairs to our old chimney and next year for the same sweep and inspection.

Ryan and Todd were kind, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable. They did a great job assessing the state of my chimney and wood stove. After cleaning, they took the time to center and level the stove and answer all my questions. Great job.
