I was quite apprehensive about putting Frankie into a cattery for the first time as she is 16 yrs old and on medication. However, I need not have worried. Melanie and her caring team looked after Frankie so well and administered her medication twice daily for her. She has now just come home from a second stay. I certainly would recommend Moggie Motel🤗

Melanie and the team at Moggie Motel have been great with our cats over the past few years, our current moggie, Bellatrix, had to have an unplanned emergency stay at the start of the New Year after only being back with us for a day! The service we received was fantastic even taking her in on New Year's day early in the morning!
Unlike experiences at other catteries, with previous cats who would get stressed at the drop off, when we drop Bellatrix off she's nice and chilled to start with and just takes in her new surroundings - testament to the care that she receives while she's there. The facilities are fantastic, well kept and spacious enough with plenty of cat conversation in evidence - who knows what they are all gossiping about!
I can't say enough Positives about Moggie Motel and we will keep coming back for sure!

I can only go by the phone call all was good the lady who I spoke to was as helpful as she could be and had genuine concern for the cats although I did not board my cats after a time talking and receiving a little advice and knowing someone who works for her I would be very happy to use her cattery if I needed to. I thank her for her time.

Can’t recommend Melanie and the care her team provide. They are flexible and extremely accommodating, our cat can’t wait to go back. He was meowing all evening looking for his neighbours! Wouldn’t contemplate going anywhere else.

Alfie, our 16 1/2 year old Rag Doll has been staying at Moggie Motel for many years now, and I would never take him anywhere else. He loves it there, and everyone who works there treat him like one of the family. He's so happy there, which is the main thing. Melanie Preston is always happy to accommodate him while we are on holiday. Thank you for looking after him, Moggie Motel!

I was worried about leaving my cat while I went on holiday. I was relieved to find out that my cat was having a great time. I think, actually, he didn't really want to leave! He was a bit stressed when I dropped him off, but when I picked him up he was relaxing by the window and seemed very much himself. Everyone there seems to care a lot about the cats. I would definitely take him here again.
