They give a value indicating how dry the wood is. I believe the wood is stored indoors. Great customer service. Delivery person was able to drop wood in a very tight and difficult location. They always deliver when they say they will and the delivery person always notifies when on the way. No need to b at home. I’ve been buying from them for many years now. ALWAYS a positive experience.ALWAYS excellent customer service.

Just had a cord of firewood delivered. The wood looks great--dry, mostly oak, all cut just right. The delivery was done by Mike, who was super friendly and clearly knows his truck, as maneuvering into our driveway was challenging. Highly recommend this family-owned business!

I was a little disappointed with the fact that the company raised its delivery price since my last order. However, Keith went above an beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. Not only did he place the material exactly in the designated area, but he also took the time to tidy up any material that spilled outside the spot and secures the tarp before leaving. He attention to detail, professionalism and care truly stood out. She always brings a cheerful attitude and a “smile in her voice,” making every interaction a pleasure. Maryland Landscape Supply is fortunate to have such a consummate professional on its team. I would also like to commend the professionalism of all the delivery drivers. Unfortunately I don't remember all their names and ask for forgiveness for my laps of memory. Each has impressed me with their skill in navigating the trucks into my steep driveway, despite the challenge of the narrow street in front of my home. I’ve had at least four or five different drivers, and every one of them has been courteous, accommodating, and highly capable. I wish more companies could be like MD Landscape supply! They are reliable and we have come back three times now and plan to use them as our go-to. The ordering process is very smooth and I had help making my decision on the most recent order which I appreciated. They deliver so fast, usually the next day or so! Or you can schedule a day. When they come out , they give you a heads up call and our delivery driver, Keith, was friendly and thorough with dropping the product off! He discussed with me where to put it and it worked out great. Thanks to Keith and the team at MD supply for making the process easy and smooth for us!

Best firewood ever !!! . I’ve been using Maryland landscape supply for 3 years now and they most definitely never come up short on service or quality! The delivery driver Mike is always a pleasure to talk to and really understand where I want the wood .Every year I order 3 cords of kiln dried 17 inch with 2 boxes of 15 lbs kindling . Let me tell you it’s the cleanest hard wood I’ve ever seen . Very consistent piece size , and length is uniform. I used to buy season firewood but after burning kiln dried I’ll never go back to season wood . Kiln dried burns hot and radiates even heat from my wood stove . Kiln dried wood has very little Residue in the chimney vs seasoned wood so it saves me money on a chimney sweep and a peice of mind for eliminating a chimney fire . I wasn’t to sold on kiln dried wood but after talking to the owner he really educated me on wood . From length to size ,kiln dried ,season, different mixture he definitely has a good handle on his wood . My wife Sally gets 6-9 yards of natural mulch each year for around the house . Good quality mulch , nice color . Chris the delivery driver delivered the load quickly . Definitely be using this company for the future .
