Great, responsive support team. They explained the purchase process step-by step. The products you can see on their website are not always available off-hand, the diamond offers are often aggregated from other auction sites, but if someone bought the diamond just before you, they will offer a simillar product. Shipping overseas went really smooth (about a week to Central Europe by FedEx economy). The product I received was the one I ordered. If you are buying the IGI certified diamond, they will not send you it in the IGI slab, rather in a paper envelope or square, plastic openable slab. Even though it may look suspicious, the product is fine. I can definitely reccomend

Before buying here I went to ChatGPT to see if this place is legit. Then all the reviews seemed pretty good. My diamond came with IGI certification. I paid the $120 for speedy shipping and I swear it feels like this entire experience was less than one week. Maybe 9 days max. Customer service was responsive. They sent all the CAD when they said they were. My only thing, I was told I was going to receive a 3d visual of the ring when it was done. I did not. FedEx delivered pretty fast door service and handed it right to me after I signed for it. Diamond is insured until you sign. They give paper information on how to insure ring/diamond. Overall my experience was pretty good. Will buy from here again

I have purchased a diamond, engagement ring, and wedding ring from here. My latest purchase are side diamonds for my paved engagement ring band. The engagement ring and wedding ring are gorgeous and I get compliments all the time about them. Creating the ring was simple, and the team let me be a part of every step of the way, including the digital rendering and asking about the dimensions I preferred.
A small side diamond recently fell out, and when I asked local jewelers how much it would cost to replace, they each gave me an extravagant quote (not even including the price of labor!). I reached out to LGD and they gave me the size of the small diamond I needed, and they had them available on the website for a much more affordable price than I was quoted.

I had hesitation when deciding to purchase a loose diamond from an online retailer. After exhaustive research and comparison, Loose Grown Diamonds seemed to be the most reputable choice. My expectations weren't high, and never would I have thought to have received the service I did. I ordered an elongated cushion diamond on a Thursday night. Friday morning I was contacted that the diamond I had purchased was no longer available. However, I was given the opportunity to replace it with a like diamond or to go back to inventory and choose something else. I chose a different diamond on my own and let my contact know the SKU. I did pay extra for expedited shipping. I was notified on the same day that my diamond had been shipped. By noon on Monday, I was signing my delivery from FedEx. The diamond was exquisite. I took it to my local jeweler. They confirmed the serial number matched the included IGI certificate. When the jeweler asked what I had paid, they were stunned. They had a diamond of equal color and clarity, but half a carat less than what I purchased for EIGHT times the amount. Truly, this is who you should purchase loose stones from. Service, quick turn around and quality of diamond are truly unmatched.
