I delayed leaving a review because my experience was disappointing, and I hope this feedback is received as constructive rather than critical. The clinician who performed my lash service was very kind and personable; however, I was concerned to see that she was not wearing a mask or gloves during the appointment. Given the close proximity to the eyes and the potential for bacterial transfer, hygiene and protective measures are especially important. I was uncomfortable when the clinician coughed during the treatment without covering her mouth, which raised further concerns about sanitation and safety. I hope this feedback can be used to improve hygiene standards and client comfort moving forward.
I had my lashes done at Loesy for the first time and had a great experience. I was looking for a very natural set for a NYE party and Chloe absolutely nailed it. She listened to what I wanted and the result was exactly what I had in mind: soft, natural and beautifully done. The whole experience was comfortable and professional. Thank you, Chloe.
