OMG!!!!! I have hit the jackpot on boarding with Lizzy's Luxury Lodge. Normally I'm so stress leaving my fur babies in the care of others. However, I love everything about Lizzy's Luxury Lodge. Their process and attention to every small detail ensures you can trust their service and the comfort and care of your beloved pets in your absence. They have comfortable beds, tv, webcam, activities, walks, exercise, treats, spa services, training and they actually send an email report card with pictures of their daily stay. The staff ( Heidi, Kyle, Todd, Amy) are friendly, professional, and you can feel their love of caring for your babies. The Lodge is safe, gorgeous inside and outside. They ask all the right questions to provide a stress free stay for your fur babies. Most importantly you know they're safe. Oh, I can't believe how affordable they are. It's truly an amazing lodge your babies will love with the best care possible.

We boarded our dog at Lizzy’s Luxury Lodge for 19 days and overall had a very positive experience. The staff took great care of him, and it gave us peace of mind knowing he was well looked after during a longer stay. We upgraded his room to have camera access, which we really appreciated and found reassuring. Throughout his stay, we received report cards with a few photos, and a particularly thoughtful touch was the Christmas card they made for him on Christmas Day—that really stood out and made us smile. The only downside for us was around photos. When we asked if we could receive additional photos, we were told there would be an extra charge. While we understand add-ons and premium services, we do feel that receiving a few photos during a boarding stay is fairly standard and helps owners feel connected and reassured. That said, we were happy with the care our dog received and would recommend Lizzy’s Luxury Lodge, especially for anyone looking for attentive staff and thoughtful details.

I definitely enjoyed our experience! The daily updates and pictures truly helped to ease my mind and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. My dog Oreo was very happy when we picked him up, clean and his things were neatly packed and ready! I also would like to highlight the camera system that allows you to watch your pal at anytime! Lizzy’s is absolutely incredible. The facility is gorgeous, clean, and so thoughtfully designed, but what really sets it apart is the team. Every single person there has so much heart and passion for what they do. They go above and beyond for their clients and truly treat every dog like their own. You can feel the care the moment you walk in. Highly recommend.

I've been boarding my dogs for over 10 years and this is the best experience I've ever had. Lizzy's sent daily updates including pictures. My dog was in great hands.You can tell that the staff love their jobs and are knowledgeable about dogs. My dog was super shy day 1, but they got him out of his shell by day 2. Thank you Lizzy's.

Kyle and the team were incredibly accommodating. We were facing a difficult situation ….. The team actually accepted Molly a couple days prior to the official opening. All that said Lizzie’s went above and beyond. The updates and photos were very comforting. Without reservation I do recommend to anyone.

Lizzy’s is a great place to board your dog. The facility is top notch. It is a state of the art building with all of the modern amenities any dog could ask for. The staff are all over the top nice and very caring but also professional and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure Archie was having the time of his life. We realized it was his birthday during his stay and they gave him a special treat. I would definitely recommend Lizzy’s to anyone. Price I always important and they are very reasonable priced as well.

When I die, I want to come back as a dog at Lizzy's, LOL! Kyle has thought of everything. UV sanitation, restaurant quality appliances, luxury suites with raised beds, TVs, and doggie cams, a staff that LOVES dogs, etc. It's very inviting, and maybe the coolest thing ever is that the actual Lizzy - the namesake of the resort - was able to step her little pawprints into the sidewalk after the concrete had been poured. What an nice touch! You will not be disappointed at this really cool business.

I am SO impressed with Lizzy’s Doggie Daycare. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how incredibly clean and well maintained the entire facility is. The whole staff is attentive, friendly and they clearly love what they do. The owner and the trainer and staff were amazing and made sure our Mazie Blu was welcomed with star treatment. We have now been twice and each time she can’t wait to get in and play. Clearly they love our pups. Lizzys was so needed in Hernando. I can’t recommend them enough. If you are looking at a doggie daycare or a great place to board your babies. You will not be disappointed. They are amazing!

The team at Lizzy’s Luxury Lodge were an absolute delight! We took our two highly anxious rescue babies there for a grooming. They were so patient and gentle with each of our girls. And the girls smelled soo good after! Will definitely be back for their grooming and boarding needs!

My frenchie, Harley, had his first stay at Lizzy’s Luxury Lodge at the end of November. The lodge was amazing, it was spotless and the staff was so friendly. That are extremely attentive to your pet because they know what they mean to you. I didn’t have a worry about his care while we were gone and I’ve already booked another stay! I highly recommend them.

Lizzy’s was a life saver for us. Trying to find boarding during the holidays is difficult. They came highly recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint. The facility is pristine. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They offered many services for your pet baby. I also received a “pupdate” with a photo. Would we use Lizzy’s again? Absolutely!!!!! Thanks!
