I had a storm shelter installed 09/15/2025 and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team did an excellent job. Every step of the way they worked with me, making sure each decision was the best option for my situation. They also provided me with all the documentation needed for the $3,000 tax credit and clearly explained the process, which was a big help. The installation was professional, efficient, and the final product gives me peace of mind knowing my family is protected from Alabama’s severe weather. Steve and Mary were great ! The entire experience was amazing ! We got A 5x8 above ground storm shelter installed in our Garage area and the craftsmanship of the Shelter is top notch and Heavy Duty. The attention to detail on the shelter was second to none, from the Exterior to Mary’s design of the lock cover for deadbolt protection to the Grade of the door and door bolts, the bench, the assessable electric entry, the vent holes, the paint and overall look of the Shelter, including the clean look of the installation and bolts to mount it into concrete, all done to perfection. The shelter was installed flawlessly and there were NO disappointments with this purchase or install ! We were going to have a concrete block shelter built in our new construction and I am glad we went this route, this is going to be much better for our family during bad weather for sure. I am certain we will walk out of this Shelter after any storm that comes our way. Thank you Steve and Mary for the Great customer service and your hard work and attention to detail. They were very professional, very accurate with the estimated time of delivery. Considering I live on a narrow road with a narrow driveway the truck driver knew how to get it where we wanted it. Merry was in contact with me periodically with updates as I understand they were extremely busy with sales during the tornado season. 👍
