⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience working with Ironclad. The team was extremely professional, reliable, and transparent throughout the entire process. Planning and execution were handled smoothly, with clear communication at every step. A special mention to Mr. Mirwais, who was outstanding to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to detail. He ensured everything was well organised and delivered as promised. While the quality of the doors we installed is high, the whole experience was bad. Measurements were taken wrong and it was a painful process, finally they realized they couldn't install the flynets and asked us to modify the walls to fit their mistakes. We end up getting our refund for the flynets and an incomplete product installed.

We take serious action on customer service experience and your comment help us improve.
The screens were ordered through local supplier which didn’t match with the configuration of our doors however to make the product complete we will arrange a technical visit to resolve.

From the moment we walked into Ironclad’s warehouse in Al Quoz, we were sure to we wanted a French iron door for our terrace then after speaking with Samad and his team, we decided to add a large picture window and a sliding glass door for our TV room.
