Absolutely the best products, coupled with brilliant support and after care. I bought the batt system, which is an amazing, game changer of a product. Easy to use, sturdy and well made. It speeds up my throwing process massively. I wanted to buy additional big batt, emailed them to check sizing. Received a very prompt reply referencing my previous order which was a while ago. Man skal selvfølgelig være obs på at der skal betales moms/told, når varerne ankommer til Danmark. Men også her er Hartley & Noble forberedt. Wow! Over the wheel batt system has really changed my day for the better! 350cm fitted my Shimpo wheel to perfection. I measured it in case, but no adjustment to size was needed. Fast efficient delivery. Value for money.

The H&N batt system has completely changed my throwing. I am a potter of 2 years and have used a batt system at the community studio I attend. The H&N batt system makes centring so much easier as the batt is stable and accurate. The dried pieces just pop off at leather hard stage so little need for wiring. I love the different sizes too as attending a community studio I have to be considerate as to how much space I am taking in the damp cupboards. Don't be put off by the price as it is worth every penny.

Bought the tiny batt system for my small ceramics wheel and am thrilled to bits. Even on a small scale, the batts are beautifully flat and have no wobbles or imperfections which are really noticeable when throwing on a small scale. Really good quality and very reasonably priced. A real game changer product 🙌

Prices are decent but postage is high. Quality batts but sometimes the replacement batts for the batt system are not the same size and that has caused some stress with members who I encouraged to buy your products. There is some warping on 9mm round batts also. I feel that quality has decreased over the last three years unfortunately..

I bought my wheel used. The holes for bat pins had been drilled off-center, lopsided, and were useless. The over-the-wheel bat systems from H&N completely fixed the problem. It’s as if I bought a whole new wheel. Bonuses: I can now use my Giffin Grip and have retired my wire because pieces just pop right off the bats when they are ready to trim. Best purchase ever. (Forgot to mention how quickly they arrived after order - it took a week - coming all the way from England to California!)

The Tabletop Russian Doll Batt System is the best piece of equipment I've bought since I started doing pottery - it saves a lot of space and enables me to throw more pieces than ever before. The customer service is impeccable too - I ordered to my friend's address in a different country and they answered all of my (many!) questions quickly, and also sent out the package in record time. I highly recommend Hartley&Noble to all my fellow potters :)

Absolutely amazing. When I started I’ve tried all sorts of of things, plastic bats, with clay to hold, mdf bats from amazon, I don’t have pins on my wheel and it’s a struggle as well.all Mdf bats from amazon after 1-2 throw was damaged by bending because of water. I had struggle until someone recommend me to try Hartley & Noble and that’s it, all my problems solved and it’s so easy and so comfortable to use it’s just unbelievable! Non of the bats deformed after several use, my pots come up very nicely without cutting base when they perfectly ready, so less trim as well. I would recommend to anyone. 5 stars 🌟
