Highly recommend Findon Knife Sharpening. Baz did an excellent job polishing and sharpening my two knives — they came back razor sharp and looking great. The turnaround time was very quick, especially impressive given he was working through 40-degree days. Professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. I have to admit that I was really nervous about sending my most precious 40 year old set of German knives over to Adelaide from Melbourne, and particularly what might/could happen to them - HOWEVER - now that I have them back I have to agree that they are incredible! They have a precision edge that surpasses factory new! Christmas lunch prep was enjoyable again - no bruising, no tears, no tearing of meats. Baz is great with communicating, very reasonably priced, quick turnaround, and all my anxiety in the beginning proved completely unwarranted. I have no hesitation in highly recommending his services. 10/10

Baz was fantastic today. Dropped some Global knives that have not been looked after by us. He took the time to sharpen them even though 2 are at the end of product life. He was great with the kids showed the different tools and explained what he does. Don't forget Chilli the dog either. He's a big boy who loves a pat. If you need a knife sharpening guy -Baz is your man. Highly recommend!
