He picked my valuables up and then had these valuables shipped to another facility to handle the white glove service. My valuables arrived to me in excellent condition! I highly recommend this company Crate Pros for moving services internationally. I had 6 large boxes and lots of family artwork so not an huge load. All of the other moving companies I spoke with quoted similar prices but stated it might take 4-6 months to receive. Items are sent via a ship and the ship wouldn’t leave until full. However this group ships via air so this was much faster! My things arrived in a week and all items were in good shape. I had help from my apartment’s maintenance men to open and disassemble the large crate. One of the men said my crate and contents were expertly packed and he was very impressed. He used to ship large supplies for the army in Ireland so he knew high quality shipping work. Thank you so much for helping me move my things to Dublin.

I’ll tell you this - moving out of a high-rise is rough. Moving out of a high-rise with art is a nightmare. Nashville Crate Pros to the rescue. From the first call I knew this was a great outfit. My order wasn’t large, but I felt like they really cared. Tim Slicker furnishes an exemplary customer service experience and quality products. Crate Pros customized the order, then delivered crates far superior to the ones I received from the gallery initially. They even adjusted a crate for a measurement error on my part. Brandon worked to accommodate my schedule and Axel and David delivered the crates on time to my door. Great guys, all, and the crates fit perfectly. Don’t sweat Nashville’s inexperienced movers. I'd purchased several guitar amps and speaker cabinets from an auction house in the Nashville area and knew that normal UPS/FedEx would be obscenely expensive. As a result, I went looking for a freight service to pick up, crate, and ship my pile of guitar loot. Crate Pros picked up, crated, and shipped my goods for some of the best prices that I've ever had in dealing with freight companies. In addition to that, the packing and crating work was the best I've ever had, by far. A final nice touch that some might overlook: they used really good screws to put the crate together. Why does this matter? Because when you're taking the crate apart, you don't always have the perfect angle on the screw heads on the first try and cheap screws strip out when that happens. This means you need to saw apart bits of the crate and it turns into a miserable experience. Their communication was top notch, as well. As far as I'm concerned, there is no other freight alternative in the Nashville area, thanks!

I had a set of large speakers that I needed picked up at my residence and delivered to a buyer in TX. They had a good price estimate, showed up on time and prepared, and handled my speakers (soon to be the buyer's) as if they were their own. They dealt with the freight company so I didn't have to. They sent one invoice that covered everything, which I easily paid online.
If you need to ship a large, heavy, or fragile object anywhere, this is the only company you need to call.

My entire experience with Crate Pros has been world class from start to finish. I presented them with the very difficult challenge of shipping a fragile two person Olympic flat water racing kayak from Harvest, Alabama to The University of Southern Maine’s Franco-American History Archive in Lewiston, Maine. This kayak was paddled in the Women’ K-2 500 meter race by Francine Fox and Gloriane Perrier at the Tokyo Olympics in 1964. They won a Silver Medal and became the first US Women to medal in an Olympic Canoeing Event.
I cannot say enough good things about Eric Polk, who handled all the arrangements for shipping. He personally came to my home and made sure the boat was securely wrapped and prepared for the trip to their warehouse. It was unwrapped and prepared for long haul shipment there and them immediately sent to Maine. It arrived in pristine condition. Eric not only sent me pictures of the entire packing and shipping process, but sent me progress reports throughout the entire process. Bottom Line: If you have something of great value to ship, I strongly recommend CratePros.
