Run don’t walk to Coopers Southern Seasoning website! I used the Sweet BBQ Rub on a slab of Baby Back Ribs during the Thanksgiving holidays with family we were entertaining . To put it bluntly, I should have smoked three or four racks. They loved them! None left. It’s a great seasoning folks, give Coopers Southern Seasoning a try.

Copper's Sweet Rub I just coated 5 pounds of chicken wings with Copper's Sweet Rub. They were slow cooked on the grill and turned out perfect. A slightly sweet, caramelized coat that truly surprised me. There was a hidden hint of heat that wasn't "hot" but pleasantly spicy. I highly recommend Copper's Sweet Tub.

I can’t say enough good things about Copper’s Southern Seasoning! The flavor is perfectly balanced — smoky, a little sweet, and just the right kick of spice. It brings out the best in everything from ribs and pulled pork to grilled chicken and even vegetables. Used Copper's Southern Seasoning Black Coffee Rub on a pork butt before cooking. It left a slightly smokey taste with a bit of heat. I added more as I pulled the pork - it was delicious!!

Black Coffee Rub...you gotta be kidding me. Man, what a surprise treat. That coffee and cocoa mixed with those other spices was super good. I covered a prime rib with it and roasted it in the oven til it was 125 degrees. When I sliced it after a reasonable rest, my guests went wild. I am hooked on Copper's Rub!!
