They're awesome, I was over wrought with grief and they made everything easy and manageable, their compassion was above and beyond and they treated my girl as royalty. I guess not many reviews as they dont ask for them because people are absorbed in their grieving and they respect this. I know I was so upset I had to have a friend drive me there with my precious girl.
We lost our precious boy while on holiday in Whangarei something no pet owner should experience. Thank you Diane for looking after Snow and for getting him back to us, we are now complete. We are deeply grateful to you, for helping us out during our loss. God bless your hearts 🌈🐇❤️🩹 Gago family
Dianne is so lovely,and so compasionate about pets.dianne puts you at ease,making the sadness of loosing our sons cat smokey much lighter,just knowing she cared.and the surroundings of country are also beautiful,I have usually had the vets cremate my animals when there time has come,but not now, I would bring my pet here at cherished pets.thank you Dianne ❤️🐾🌈

Kevin and I can't thank you enough for your care and compassion shown to us at a time of unspeakable grief. To lose a faithful companion at any time is such a sad time, but to have them taken from you in such a tragic way is beyond grief. Our beautiful little Cleo was attacked and brutally killed by two dogs off leash and her tiny life cut short because of irresponsible dog owners.
Your professionalism and empathy was so very much appreciated.

Di at Cherished Pets is incredible. Her love and compassion for us during such a sad time was second to none. She explained the whole process thoroughly, as we have never cremated any of our previous pets before. She was so respectful during the whole dropoff process, we couldn't of left our beautiful lil boy (who we put down earlier that day) with anyone that would've looked after him as well as she did. We lost our dear boy of 9yrs this week. Diane at Cherished Pets was absolutely wonderful. She was waiting outside to meet us and showed us so much care and kindness in our time of grief.
