Adam was great. Was able to get me an appointment the next day, showed up exactly on time, and fixed the washer in about half an hour. I was expecting a much longer repair time. Great service, nice guy. Definitely recommend.

I called #1 Appliance Repair to fix a faulty washing machine, and Adam arrived first thing the next morning as agreed. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Thank you for the outstanding service I received today.
I was having a difficult time trying to understand why my stove wasn't working after replacing the element. Despite having it hooked up seemingly right after making all the connections exactly as they were from my old element.. number one appliance repair made quick sense of the situation and notice that the newer burner was configured differently than the old one so everything was actually backwards and potentially could have started a fire in my home. The technician did a thorough examination then wired everything up properly and tested it to make sure that everything was safe. He took it one step further and took a look at the complete wiring system including the wall plugin.
His prices are more than fair for the quality work received and with that said I can highly recommend his services to other users on this platform wishing for some insight.

The lights in our fridge stopped working, the technician came and assessed what was going on. He went and got parts and worked on the fridge until 7 PM at night until it was finished and working perfect. I highly recommend this company to anybody that wants good quality appliance repair.

Called #1 Appliance Repair after working hours, and rec’d a response the same day with an appt set for the next day. Unheard of! My dishwasher suddenly stopped working. Adam and Gino showed up on time and were able to diagnose and fix the problem. They were very personable and professional. Up front about the cost, which was quite reasonable. Don’t hesitate to call. I will for sure go to #1 Appliance Repair again when needed.

I couldn't say enough great things about Adam and his coworker. These guys were at my door two hours after I contacted them to fix a leak in my dishwasher. They didn't have the part on them, so they went and got it, and came right back to complete the job. My dishwasher runs like new again! Very fairly priced, friendly, knowledgeable...I will be using them again for all my appliance repairs.

I had a problem where my old microwave was no longer working and in need to install a new microwave I bought on my existing trim kit. I was happy with Adam's availability as he was able to visit my place 10-15 minutes after calling him. I was also happy and satisfied with his service of removing the old microwave and installing the new microwave to the trim kit. The reason I'm giving 3/5 is because my kitchen quartz countertop he used to place the microwave for preparing installation left a mark on my countertop that cannot be removed even after using a heavy duty spray cleaner. There were other marks that was removed by the spray cleaner except this one which seemed to have created a scratch mark on my quartz countertop.

Our washing machine had been leaking. It had been dropped when being brought in after a Reno from a different company. Adam had to come back a few times to fix it, but he never gave up! I would highly recommend his service to anyone that wants their appliance fixed properly!

We have excellent experience with Adam from Number One Appliance Repair. One day our dishwasher stopped working, and we were able to get an appointment and complete repair the following day. Adam was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to assess the problem and replace the part within the hour. In addition, he gave us warranty and his price was very reasonable. A few months later, our microwave broke and we called Adam again. The service was fast and efficient as before. He always honestly explained the process and tell us the price in advance.
