Phillip did an excellent job troubleshooting the problem with our garage door opener and worked diligently to try to repair it. Ultimately we decided to replace the entire system, and he completed the job in a timely manner. He also spent some time going over the controls for the opener, and the various options available.
I think this is the third time we've used BT1 during the years we've been in Hendersonville, and they have always provided prompt, excellent service.
We were very pleased with the technician, Phillip. He arrived before schedule time and was very nice and knowledgeable. He found the problem and had the coil replaced with no problem. Thankful to have had BT1 garage door service recommended to us.

I put a chair too close to the rails for my garage door. This caused my garage door to jam and break off of the rails, losing a few pins and breaking a couple of brackets. The door seemed twisted as well. Matt was very professional and hooked us right up He did everything he could to extend the life of my current opener too. We chose to repair instead of replace, for the time being. The owner, Brandon, was quick to respond to my request for repair and offered a fair price. My garage door seems to work better than it did before.

First of all it’s good to have local business owners support each other.
