Lovely practice, with welcoming, friendly and professional staff . Very happy with with the care provided to our puppy. Highly recommend this vetinary practice. 2nd visit with Buddy on the 25th September for his 2nd lot of vaccinations went extremely well. Very efficient and professional service provision. Excellent vetinary clinic. Highly recommend. Buddy had another visit to get his staples out. Excellent service, Nil issues. Highly recommend. 👍 Charlie cat had his first visit to see Dr Lucy, excellent care and attention.

We have been to Bonded Hearts and our little boy AJ gets extremely anxious and they were very mindful of this and did a great job at keeping AJ and myself more relaxed. All the staff are really friendly and caring and love to see AJ

Friendly and welcoming staff. Easy to make appointment online and was not kept waiting like at some vets where appointment times don't mean anything. Dr Caroline was very gentle with my dog , ensuring she was calm and ok with her before proceeding with the vaccination.

I took my 7 year old Yorkshire terrier for his vaccines today after changing vets due to location. Dr Lucy and the staff were amazing. Toby was welcomed by everyone and the team spent time letting him settle and become comfortable as he is a bit nervous. Normally with his vaccines he is wriggling and yelping. The team took him to the treatment room and I didn't hear a peep from him! He had the vaccine without even noticing it. Really happy with the experience and we will be staying with bonded hearts from now on.

Our 16yr Tortoishell cat 'Pippee' must have felt comfortable with all the vet nurses & Lucy (Vet). She had to have temp done, needle, blood work, you name it. Poked & prodded & she let them without going feral like she does on us even just for a worming tablet. I couldn't believe it, she trusted them! They all loved her & thought she was the best & loveliest cat to handle. Bonded hearts really did bond with 'Pippee'. Great friendly professional team. Maree.C

Staff are friendly and seem caring. Not sure how good they are as my cat has not completely healed yet. I spent a total of $2000 for teeth extraction, check up, and blood test. It seems pricey for me though. My cat's mouth and gums were permanently damaged after the teeth extractions they have done. I believe it's the clamp they used while doing it. Also the canine tooth that was removed seem to be ok and just needed cleaning. 20/12/2025 - it has been two months now since mg cat had teeth extraction. My cat has never been normal since then. He makes funny sound when he eats. His mouth and gums are still damaged (as you can see in the photo).
