We don’t know much about the technical engineering terms, but he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciated that he took a practical approach and didn’t try to scare us into making repairs that weren’t essential. Gave good insights into things he observed and the options available. First of all, communication for scheduling the site visit was excellent. Then at the site visit, Clifton was very thorough and addressed every one of my many questions - including investigating a separate issue with the house that came up in conversation. There were no hidden fees, just the previously agreed upon site visit charge. I got very helpful information and would definitely use Blue Sky Engineering again.

The guys with blue sky engineering are amazing! We had them out to our home to assess potential foundation and structural issues we had been told were occurring by foundation “specialists”. They were honest and straightforward with us, and they were able to reassure us that there wasn’t anything going on with our home that we needed to be concerned with. They really gave us peace of mind and patiently answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them, we will be using them in the future with other homes we may purchase! Side note - please be carful when reaching out to foundation repair companies, they tried to oversell a pier system that wasn’t necessary for our home. We were able to save so much time and money (about $55k) by calling out Blue Sky to do an inspection.
