After contacting a bunch of movers for our apartment move, I was a bit frustrated with how complicated the pricing models were of these companies in the Netherlands.
I reached out to a friend and he recommended Arsa as he had used them before and had good things to say about them.
I contacted them and got an immediate response. Instead of asking a detailed 10 page questionnaire like a lot of other movers did, the initial estimation process was simpler and concrete. I loved the fact that the pricing model was fixed and that I didn't have to bother about minor details.
When the day of moving arrived, I was blown away by the professionalism and quality of the work from the two boys who arrived at our door step. They completed the whole move in about 4 hours. They were so cool and were making real conversations with us the whole time and yet were extremely professional in their approach.
I was a bit stressed out about the move and was looking for someone that I can rely on and these guys exceeded my expectations in every sense. Not a single scratch on our furniture or on our walls or floor. They were damn good at their job.
I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys. I would totally use them again. They are reliable and trust worthy.
