Called looking for info about the sheets I recently slept on at the Biltmore Estate. Loved Them.
Called to try to get more info on them so I might be able to find via another company. Concier1 doesn't sell to retail, this I all ready know from my research. I had questions on about the label to help me understand the thread count Ect. Ect.
But no!!!
This lady was RUDE!!!!
Wouldn't even transfer me to the sales department so I could ask questions.
Betsy is always so friendly and helpful! The quality of product from Concier can’t be beat.

I found their king pillows to be among the best I’ve ever slept on, for someone that enjoys a particularly soft pillow as a side sleeper, and someone with neck and back discomfort - The King pillows at Alisal Ranch were perfect. The ranch connected me to Simine at 1Concier, who was extremely helpful in providing me all the information I needed to know about them.

I wanted to leave a positive review because it’s not everyday you receive 10/10 service. I reached out to Bob with 1Concier for a special request and he got the ball rolling immediately. Not only was he incredibly helpful, he responded almost immediately and was able to fulfill a BIG request.
I’m awaiting my order and will follow up when it’s received; I trust it’ll be fantastic!
UPDATE: The fantastic service is the tip of the iceberg; the robe is by far the best quality I’ve seen. Bob knocked it out of the park and I’m incredibly thankful ❤️
