Review for Yellow School Bus 2‑Person Spring Rider
I was excited to receive this spring rider, but the assembly experience was frustrating. When the package arrived, it was missing the steering wheel and two of the bolts required for the very first step. I contacted the company and they did send the missing wheel and correct bolts, which I appreciated.
However, when we went to assemble it again, we discovered that two additional bolts were missing, and four of the bolts included were Phillips instead of hex, which didn’t match the hardware needed. Missing one item or having a single incorrect part is understandable, but receiving multiple wrong and missing pieces made the process much more difficult than it should have been.
The product itself seems sturdy once assembled, but the quality control on the hardware definitely needs improvement.
