Amazing experience with Wild Kemijoki!! Jan and Denisa are very knowledgeable and personable!! Jan gave very comprehensive instructions and made us feel comfortable to mush ourselves. Even when I didn’t lean into the first bend correctly and flew off, he didn’t judge and made me feel at ease. All of the dogs are beautiful with the best temperaments and so loved!! After the most incredible experience we were taken to the kennels to say thank you to the dogs and then to a cabin for hot juice, biscuits and stories!! Our oldest son is nervous around dogs so Jan took us back into the kennels and into a pen to spend a little more time with some of the dogs, he noticed our son become nervous and assured him that if he stays with him, the dogs will be calm. How Jan took our son under his wing was positively amazing, his confidence started to grow and after we left he stated that he loved the time with the dogs and that it was one of his favourite parts of the entire trip. Thank you so much Jan, Denisa and Sixteen!! Couldn’t recommend Will Kemijoki enough 😍

What an incredible experience from start to finish. Comprehensive instruction from friendly guides, a really chilled 10k mush with a small group, back to the kennels for cuddles and photos with the dogs, juice and sausages in a hut warmed by a fire and more cuddles with the dogs. The dogs are clearly well loved and cared for and the people who work there want everyone to have a positive experience - you feel well cared for as well as the dogs. Would highly recommend

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment, une balade en chien de traineau de 10km guidée par Jan et Sixtine pendant laquelle nous avons savouré chaque minute. Une aventure menée par des passionnés ! À la fin de la sortie, nous nous sommes réchauffés dans un kota autour d'un feu en écoutant les explications et les anecdotes de Jan en dégustant de bonnes spécialités Lapones. Puis, nous avons eu droit à un moment privilégié de câlins avec les chiens.
Un moment inoubliable et des étoiles pleins les yeux !
La última reseña de Noelia no es precisa. Mis amigos y yo éramos el otro grupo. Los esperamos 10 minutos y su familia llegó 15 minutos tarde. En el correo se indicó la importancia de llegar 10 minutos antes de la hora para que Noelia y su familia lleguen al menos 20 minutos tarde sin tener cuidado si teníamos prisa.
Que porcierto, ha sido impresionante! Muy bonito y muy recomendable!!!
The last review from Noelia is not accurated. Me and my friends were the other group. We waited them 10 minutes and her family arrived 15minutes late. It was indicated in the mail the importance to arrive 10minutes before the time so Noelia and her family at least arrive 20 minutes late without taking care if we were in a hurry.
Anyway, it’s been incredibly and so impressive! Very beatyfull!!!

PAGAMOS Y NO NOS DEJARON HACER LA ACTIVIDAD POR LLEGAR 5 minutos tarde. no interrumpimos para no molestar y cuando acaban y les pregunto dicen que hemos llegado tarde (ya habían pasado otros 5 minutos) y que no podemos hacer la actividad. Total 2 adultos más dos niños con la comida más de 600€ sin realizar el servicio. pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner ninguna.

I will give you -10 stars, as at some reviews you are claiming that you were 10 minutes late, now it is ours fault that it was just 5 minutes (which is complete lie).
So again: you were late, you agreed the terms and conditions from Visit Levi which clearly states that if you are late that there will be no refund and that you shall arrive 5-10 minutes early.
You had our phone number, you could have called, texted… but you just didn’t care, and thought that everyone will wait for you highness to finally come. No, we won’t, and the other people 100% also not
Also your false accusations and aggregated defamation will be reported to police, as saying that we are stealing is crime here :)

Llegamos 10 minutos tarde. Mal por nuestra parte, solo había un grupo de 4 personas y nosotros otros cuatro, dos adultos con 2 niños. No nos hicieron la actividad y el otro grupo todavía no había salido. Es más, tardaron más en darnos la explicación de porque la anulaban que lo que habrían tardado en explicarnos la actividad. Decepcionante. Admitiendo nuestro retraso, creo que anular la actividad por 10 min tarde es excesivo.

What an amazing trip with Jan and the team. Our guide was jakob who gave fantastic instructions and helped me feel so relaxed about mushing. He was kind and funny and kept a good watch over us all on the trail.
We did the 5k in very low temperatures, distance was perfect and our children loved it. The two youngest (5 year old twins) got a bit tearful at the end in the cold and Jan was amazing with them. Told us how to get them warm and wrapped one in his own coat. He took us back to the accomodation instead of the meeting point to keep them warm and even gave them his own snacks in the van.
The additional food option was delicious warm and perfect nourishment after being in the cold, and the kota was so atmospheric.
What an amazing adventure. I would recommend to anyone and everyone! There is no question that the dogs are incredibly well cared for and loved, and that they love their sport. And the service, care and attention from Jan and the team was truly exceptional.

This was the absolut best experience we had in Lappland! It’s a family owned business and you can really feel it. You can really feel that it’s not about making money, it’s about living with the husky’s and let people like us participate. We really fell in love with the dogs.. we already miss them. They are very cuddly and wants to get pet. Thank you Jan, Denisa & all of your friends who works on the husky farm!
Also thanks to our guide! He was really nice and managed everything well.

The ride itself is incredible and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Love it and if we come back we’ll 100% book again!!!

A beautiful experience immersed in a breathtaking environment. Jan was very helpful during the booking process. The dogs are pampered and the atmosphere is unique. Sistein, our guide, was very helpful, clear in her explanations, and kind. We would have loved to spend more time together!

The small-group setup made the experience feel very personal, and the dogs were clearly happy, well cared for, and eager to run. You can tell they are truly loved.
Jan drove us back to our meeting spot afterward, and we were delighted when a few furry friends joined us for the ride. The extra cuddle time absolutely made our kids’ day! We also really enjoyed chatting with Jan—such a welcoming person whose passion for the dogs truly shines through.
I highly recommend booking with them. You won’t regret it!

Our party of 5 had a fabulous 5k husky ride on Christmas Day. The transfer arrived on time and we had the bus to ourselves. Jan the owner drove us to the kennel he was very friendly and informative. When we arrived and were briefed on safety and how to ride. Next we got on the sleds and went for a scenic ride through the forest. The huskies were adorable and raring to go. We swapped drivers half way through the ride then returned to the koti for some treats. There was some time to pet the huskies and hear all about them. Overall a great day! Thank you 🙏

No nos han recogido!
Estábamos en el punto de recogida a la hora, y cuando llevábamos 5-10 minutos esperando he contactado con el chico y me ha contestado que íbamos tarde, que ya se había ido… que habia arrancado el coche a las 8:56h cuando la hora de recogida era a las 8:50-8:55h… me parece surrealista
Además me ha asegurado que no tenía nada que hacer y no me devolverían el dinero.
El punto de recogida era en el Tourist information point de Levi y ahí habían varios tours… si realmente estaba ahí el chofer, porque no nos ha preguntado?
Fatal! Estábamos ahi, y hemos perdido nuestro dinero y la actividad…. Hemos enviado un correo educadamente explicando la situacion, y aún espero respuesta
They haven't picked us up. We've been there on time and nobody asked us or saw us.
We have called them and they said we were late, and that's not true.
We have already paid the activity and when we called the driver he said there's nothing we can do and they are not giving the money back.
That's totally unfair.
We think that maybe they sold more tickets than they could do the activity.
