I enjoyed this training more so than most others I’ve attended. Your method of delivering the information is great; serious but at the same time, light hearted and fun, so it easily kept my attention without boring me. The presentation went well and the materials were short but detailed. I think that altogether, for me, this was a better approach to building a business culture than anything else I’ve seen. I now know how others see me and how we all deal with each other in a better way.

Nicole Greer was an absolute standout during Trimester II of the VISTA Leadership Program at AgFirst FCB. Her vibrant energy and storytelling style brought the material to life—especially when navigating sensitive topics such as DEI. She created a space where tough conversations felt safe, respectful, and even empowering. The Change Management portion was a personal favorite; I learned that in order to truly change, you have to be willing. I’ve had the benefit of attending several coaching seminars with Nicole and she’s awesome! She brings a lot of energy and real world examples, mixed with some humor and a personal touch. Clearly you see the benefit of her years of consulting and speaking experience - more than just a re-hashed PowerPoint, her handouts, sketches on the white board, and other visual aids are helpful and directly connected to what I need. “Coach ‘em in, or coach ‘em out” remains a favorite phrase that reminds me to be active in coaching my team to add value here, but also recognizing that sometimes there is not a fit between employee and role/department/company and helping them to transition elsewhere is also a win for everyone.

Last week Nicole trained our group further in the Traction series focusing mainly on the people analyzer portion of the text. Her ability to get the entire group talking and working together on this subject has greatly benefited our company. Through working with Nicole we have been able to set effective 1, 5, and 10 year goals which has given us vision for our future that we have never had. This is allowing us to not only make better business decisions but work more efficiently together as a team at all we do. Through her training I would even venture to say that the entire culture of our facility is making a change for the positive!
