Excellent service! A careful and professional, local house move team, managed a move in south east London, at short notice. Fragile items were wrapped and handled with care. Wow wow wow! Usam must be the Tetris world champion of the world. The way he and his team manoeuvred my furniture out of the tight corner without damage or a slight scuff. Done a small removals from Woolwich to Plumstead at 9pm with big and awkward size furniture and they made it seem like it was nothing. Hats off Vertex. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Vertex Removals enough! Our move was part of a house exchange, and honestly, the difference between them and the other removals company was huge. Usama and his team arrived bang on time (8am start), worked really quickly, and handled everything with so much care. They packed our TV, PC monitor, mattress using special padded covers and even dismantled and reassembled our ottoman bed in no time (which took us AGES to assemble ourselves!) By 1pm, everything was in our new flat, while the other house in the exchange wasn't even close to finished. The lady that we were doing the exchange with was FUMING with her movers. The professionalism and skill of Vertex Removals made the whole day stress-free. I will definitely be passing your number to friends and family, well done Vertex!

Most moving companies are awful. These guys were amazing! Having dealt with so many dishonest and untrustworthy people, Vertex was a breath of fresh air. They were very responsive from the start. They made sure to make me feel that they were going to be reliable and not try to scam or upcharge me like others. Usam and team did an incredible job moving a very difficult piece of furniture. They carried a very heavy glass table and did so while taking the utmost precaution. They were on time and committed to getting the job done. Even when we were close to our time limit, they assured us they wouldn't charge more - they wanted to get the job done. Wonderful - what a difference compared to so many others. Thank you for the hard work and care - we really appreciated it.
