I called the A-verdi office and was greeted by Jason. He was so polite and helpful he had me fooled. I thought he was AI generated because he was precise, kind, and to the point. When I reached there accounting/finance dept, I got the some professionalism and kindess from Alexis. They have wonderful customer service!

We have been using Versatile office trailers here at Housing Visions Construction for many years, the trailers are very functional with heat, AC, outlets, fixtures, blueprint tables, and even bathrooms. They are in fantastic shape and are delivered exactly as you wish them to be. The service they provide is excellent, we would not consider changing this vendor at all. I ordered the trailer through Jason, who is great as a rep, Tracy The driverbefore delivery called me with a concern as he knows the route and the size and dimensions of the trailer. We got together in the morning before we went all the way to the job so I could take a look myself and I realized his concerns were exactly correct. We then decided to go with a slightly smaller trailer. All parties are extremely happy and we believe that using our stop work authority may have saved us a lot of headaches with our customer who pays all of our bills and is the most important on the chain. I would like to thank Jason and Tracy for their understanding and their diligence to the matter
