Moving into a new place and the previous owners were less than hygienic. We decided to get the house sprayed to be safe. I booked with Verm-Tech on Tuesday and the squeezed me in for the next day. Neil came out and he was right on time, so friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. The treatment to the house took less than an hour and the service was amazing. We would definitely come back to Verm-Tech should we need it in the future again!
Wonderful Experience We phoned them in the morning and Neil arrived on the same day at the time arranged. Very helpful and the mole problem solved. Very proffesional.

Verm-Tech is a great company to deal with. Jade always answers calls and explains everything very clearly. We had a rodent issue and Melvin came the next day. He was very thorough. Neil did a follow-up visit a few days later. We also had cockroaches at our rental property, which was also dealt with very quickly and efficiently. They have a three month guarantee, which is great. Very highly recommended!

Some while back we noticed that termites had infested our flower beds. As the infestation got worse I begrudgingly decided to seek out the help of pest control company. A quick Google led me to several providers who promised termite solutions but who after contacting none were able to assist. I eventually found 3 providers, one of which included a well known Big name pest control which I shall not mention. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting for a quote from said well known company. I decided to go with Verm-tech as they quoted a range of affordable options and were the only pest control company who had products that actually targeted termites. I was really impressed by their knowledge on the subject. They also kindly addressed any concerns that I had with regards to pet safety. They have just finished applying the solution at our place. I've had the most positive, pleasant, and efficient interaction with the folks at Verm-Tech, and I have been incredibly impressed by their professional communications. They were amazingly prompt in responding to my query on their website form (which in itself was a very user-friendly interface), and were extremely responsive on Whatsapp (in some cases, even after hours and on public holidays, which was very helpful in the circumstances).
My schedule unfortunately kept shifting and Verm-Tech were very accommodating about my continually changing the agreed-on appointment times. Even with all the rescheduling, they were cheerful and super pleasant in their communications with me! Most impressively, they gave me their very candid insights and unbiased advice about the timing of fumigation, which was helpful to me (even if it actually meant another postponement for them).
While I will post another review or update this one after the fumigation is complete, in the meantime I felt that their utter professionalism and extraordinary communication already makes them an excellent business to reach out to and engage with, so wanted to recommend them enthusiastically.
