Following a recent operation, I have been having red light therapy and using the hyperbaric oxygen chamber to help aid my recovery. Having the combination has definitely helped to accelerate the process and I have been signed off a week early. My scars are healing beautifully, my swelling is minimal now and I am feeling really well. Tom and Theo have been really welcoming and explained the different therapies available that would benefit me most. The equipment is kept spotlessy clean. The chamber is not claustrophobic at all and I find it gives me time to completely relax. I would definitely recommend Ultra Wellness for any recovery- or just a bit of self care!

I would highly recommend a visit to Ultra Wellness! I regularly use their Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (HBOT), Cryotherapy chamber and the Red Light & NIR therapy bed - and have noticed incredible results! Ultra Wellness are at the forefront of cutting edge technology in biohacking - with brand new equipment. And to top it off, they’re lovely people super helpful and knowledgeable. The HBot is leather lined luxury it’s like being in a private jet! And the Red light bed is like a holiday, I always leave feeling so alive and healthy! I couldn’t recommend them more.

Great facility with top of the range equipment. The team are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the effects I’ve felt from the Oxygen and Cryo chambers are truly brilliant. I felt immediate benefits with energy, recovery form hard workouts and general wellness. Have been going weekly for the oxygen therapy and feel so much better for it.

Theo and his staff have great knowledge of all the the treatments on offer. After one session of localised cryotherapy, followed by a red light therapy session, I can feel an immediate difference and will definitely be returning to ensure efficient recovery. Theo and the team are highly knowledgeable on the treatments and walk you through everything in detail beforehand. They were great in helping me set up a bespoke package so I visit regularly now for the Cryo Chamber and Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. Definitely recommended for anyone with strenuous training regimes as have seen a noticeable improvement in recovery since I started visiting regularly. Parking is also super convenient considering it's in the centre of town as I can nearly always stop out the front which is handy.

Visited Theo & his team for the first time, where I experienced the Cryotherapy Chamber/Red Light Bed. Wow, the staff cannot do enough for you & the equipment is incredible. I left feeling like a new man & will definitely be visiting again soon. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone, this is a must in Chelmsford!

What an amazing place! Airy, clean and light with terrific hosts! I tried the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy which is slightly pressurised at first, but completely comfortable and wonderfully relaxing - I almost fell asleep! Followed this with Red Light & NIR Therapy which was like being on a sun lounger on holiday. Also used the LED Cryomask which left my skin feeling soft and refreshed. Theo, Tom and Abbie are so friendly and know their products and benefits very well. I will definitely be returning!
