Wonderful services, products and employees! Mrs Ginger helped us to purchase our building! She satisfied our every need and answered all of our questions!! She sat down with us and took the time out of her day to discuss our options from price range, preferences and so much more! She made us a building from scratch, we even got to choose colors to match our house and it was recently delivered ( included in the service at no extra cost) and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase! It looks even more perfect in person!! 10/10 recommend TruPoint Backyard Buildings for all of your building and storage needs!

We are very pleased with this second building we purchased from Trupoint. The two guys who delivered it were friendly and professional. They placed the building right where we had marked it to be. These building are very well built. We would highly recommend these buildings to anyone interested in a quality building.

The sales department was great and everything was very helpful. Now as far as the installation goes, I can’t give a review because I have yet to get my building. This began in the middle of October and I was told 3-5 weeks and I am now on week 9 and have not seen anyone. I felt like I should have had my building before thanksgiving when the weather was still decent, now I’m not sure if I will get it built before the first of the year and it is the worse weather possible. Now it will be spring before we can finish it out. I would recommend them from a sales perspective but they are extremely disappointing when it comes to getting the actual building. I am a firm believer in doing what you say and delivering the results, this is not the case.

Very professional i recommend getting aholds of Emmanuel and everett both were great and did an amazing job our shed arrived with in 6 weeks. I will be purchasing another one from them in the future. Both shed movers did a great job, they also brought out a shed to my neighbors house! Highly recommend don't waste your time at yoders portable sheds.

The craftsmanship put into building my 12x20 shed was absolutely awesome. They used double studs all along the top of the walls, and also added metal hurricane brackets, so it is built nice and strong. All the trim and siding joints are perfect, no gaps anywhere. Paint job was excellent. Materials used seem to be high quality. Everything is centered perfectly. They had a crew that moved like a fine-tuned machine and were done in 7 hours! Obvious that they were professionals who knew what they were doing. It's only been a short while since shed was built so everything is brand new, but I would be very surprised if I ever had to update my review to say that something needed to be fixed. Most of the time when I hire someone to do a job, they leave with me not being 100% satisfied, but not with this shed. I feel very confident that it was built right. One extremely minor complaint though - they didn't remove the stickers from the windows so I will have to get a ladder and climb up to get stickers off the dormer windows, but that's the only complaint I have! That actually doesn't even qualify as a complaint, so absolutely awesome!!! Emmanuel in LaPorte location was great to work with. He graciously answered all the hundreds of questions I asked. I had not done a project like this before and was nervous about it, but Emmanuel and the construction crew made my new shed become a dream come true instead of the nightmare I thought I would go through getting it done. I would have no problems recommending Trupoint to anyone.

The one fly in the ointment was a communication glitch on the Trupoint end regarding a delivery issue which, had the team been more transparent, would have generated a 5 star review. Communication is a big dang deal. Don't leave the customer in the dark with timing of delivery unresolved, regardless of the reason. Remember where the buck stops! That said, you dang right I would do business with this company again. The craftsmanship of the building itself is top shelf. And to witness the delivery of my 10x16 modern slope shed as it danced like the ballerina hippos in the Disney movie Fantasia while perched on top of a turntable trailer and hauled by a rig as long as the state of Tennessee was well worth the price of admission.

We custom ordered our shed. They told us 4 weeks from custom order to delivery. It was 3 weeks for delivery! The driver did great with leveling and placement. They are a little pricier than competitors, but where they shine is if you don’t want to wait 8-12 weeks for a shed.

I just don't see how TruPoint Backyard buildings could have done anything any better! From Ginger giving us information on buildings we were interested in, to making the purchase, to being delivered and set up. EVERYONE was amazing.
