He was able to replace /install same day and left me with a beautiful, working fireplace. I am very pleased with the service, product and experience! I highly recommend!

We needed our two fireplaces inspected quickly before an incoming winter storm, and even though I called late Thursday, they fit us in the very next morning. They were thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions and show us how to operate everything safely. They also caught a missing flue clamp that our home inspection missed and explained why it was important. Great service, very knowledgeable, and highly recommended.

What I liked most about Isaac was his thoroughness. He managed to squeeze us in on short notice and he still had appts ahead (he fielded a couple calls during his time here) but I could tell he was running through checklists in his mind to address our particular issue. Fair price for getting our fireplace back up.

I called top gas after work one evening. Isaac showed up the next afternoon and examined and assessed a fireplace. Determined I needed a new wall switch.and had everything up and going in less than 30 minutes he was extremely reasonably priced professional and polite.

Great work! I had been having issues with my gas fireplace starting. Him and his team came out quickly to assess, figured out the problem easily, and had a plan to fix it. I also did not know that repainting it was an option until we talked. It looks great and is functioning just like a brand new fireplace. Before and after photos are attached!
