Through the recommendation of a friend, I came to know about this place and I was really glad to have come here to get my engagement ring. Shannon was incredibly friendly and patient as she guide me about choosing the right ring and gave a wonderful design for the ring. She follows up with me throughout the entire ring manufacturing process so the process was smooth without any delay and I was able to get the ring before the proposal date. Once I have gotten the ring at hand and then finally proposed to my then gf (now fiancee), the ring really captures her heart and eye and she said yes xd.

I reached out to Shannon at The Gem Tribe to get advice on what to do with all the jewelry I’ve accumulated and inherited over the past 30 years. Her passion for gems and jewelry was evident immediately. She expertly and patiently inspected each and every item. What makes The Gem Tribe special is Shannon wanted to know what emotional attachment I had to each item. She deeply understands that jewelry isn’t just a hunk of metal or glass but rather, a token of love or achievement or a mark of a special moment in time. All this factored into her professional opinion of what I should do with each item (keep it, sell it, turn it into something new). After working with Shannon I felt like a huge load had been lifted from my shoulders - it was a decluttering of sorts in a Marie Kondo kind of way. She carefully cleaned the treasures I chose to keep and I could see and appreciate their true beauty. A few items were repaired and repurposed so I can wear them again. Shannon’s primary service is bespoke jewelry and I will definitely be revisiting her to turn my leftover gems into something new and beautiful! 💍💎
