AMAZING! I was in town for a conference and managed to sneak in a class before my day started. Snapping my shoes on in the spin room was confusing for me because it is different than other cycling studios, and as I was trying to figure it out, the owner comes in and was so gracious and kind and got me set up. The fact that the owner is so actively engaged and hospitable makes this place a gem. I will absolutely be coming back here again and recommending it to all my friends who will be visiting New Orleans Orleans. It’s definitely part of the NOLA experience, the hospitality and the great workout. Other studios could learn from them!
A little pricy but you are definitely getting your money’s worth. It is obvious that the staff cares for each other as well as the members and it feels like a safe and accepting place for anyone to join. The classes are tough but the instructors are very encouraging. Amazing place to get fit and find community.

Jon and Moe are absolutely incredible — they have this rare ability to motivate you in a way that feels both empowering and personal. It's not just about getting through the workout; it’s about striving beyond your own potential every time you walk through the doors.
My favorite classes, Sycle and Snatched, are seriously addictive. Sycle brings the intensity with a vibe that’s electric — the music, the energy, the coaching — it all hits. Snatched is the perfect complement: tough, smartly programmed, and leaves you feeling strong and unstoppable.
The SWOOT community is welcoming, uplifting, and genuinely invested in your success. It’s more than just a workout — it’s a place where you level up mentally and physically. Can’t recommend it enough!
I came here for what I thought was a yoga class via class pass. I ended up doing the slow burn microreformer Pilates class with Fallon and it was awesome! I am an experienced yoga practitioner, so this class was challenging but not outside of the scope of my ability or fitness range. I will be coming back. Compared to some other Pilates classes in the area, this actually felt like a work out and I can see how easily doing this 2-3 times per week could change your body in a matter of months. Highly recommend.
I always get a little nervous when going to a spin class with a different instructor but today I tried Patricia’s class and I’m glad I did. She was very kind and inclusive of everyone’s ability level while also being incredibly motivating. Here’s your sign to try new things and new instructors!
