I had a great experience with SOS Fitness Services from start to finish. Annie was very responsive and professional in coordinating the booking and answering my questions. The technicians, Aaron and Lance, arrived exactly on time, were extremely kind, courteous, and professional. They safely moved my ProForm elliptical (still boxed) down 13 stairs to the basement and assembled it efficiently and correctly. They clearly knew what they were doing, worked carefully, and made sure everything was set up properly and safely. Overall, very smooth, stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend SOS Fitness Services to anyone needing professional fitness equipment moving and assembly.

I wanted to share how incredibly grateful I am for the customer service I received from SOS Fitness. My treadmill broke and needed a replacement part. Even though my warranty had already expired, Horizon Fitness generously agreed to send the part anyway as a courtesy repair, believing I was still under warranty. They shipped the part to me and arranged for SOS Fitness to handle the installation. The repair required more than one visit as additional parts were needed to fully restore the treadmill. Although Horizon Fitness initially declined to provide the final part due to the cost, SOS Fitness went above and beyond by strongly advocating on my behalf. Horizon ultimately approved the part, and my treadmill was fully repaired at no cost to me (saving me over $1,000). I want to sincerely thank Aaron, Maria, and Annie for their exceptional support. They fought for my case without me ever having to ask, and their dedication truly made a difference. Thank you all so much!

I can't say enough good things about SOS Fitness Services & Equipment Repair! Their customer service is truly top-notch. They've kept my elliptical running smoothly for many years, always ensuring that any repairs are done with efficiency and care. What stands out to me is how they work hard to source repair parts as economically as possible, making sure I'm not paying more than necessary. The lady in the office is fantastic to communicate with — always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Plus, the service tech who came to fix my machine went above and beyond. Not only did he repair it quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to clean it so beautifully. It's rare to find a company that combines great service with such attention to detail. I highly recommend SOS Fitness to anyone in need of fitness equipment repair!

Amazing customer service! We had issues with our slipping tread and very swiftly their experienced technician Aaron took his time looking at the machine and able to diagnose the problem and gave me a report on other things we may need to replace in the near future. The next day we received us a quote for the repair needed. Very responsive and quick to get part needed and in to repair. If ten stars was an option I would give them a 10. Next treadmill will be purchased with them!

I have to say of the 9 places I called for advice and solutions on retrofitting my stationary recumbent bike with a seat that fits my ample posterior... they were the only ones who... although they couldn't find a solution... didn't make me feel embarrassed or shamed to have the problem in the first place!!! They called me as soon as my request for help came in... listened to my needs... asked intelligent, meaningful and genuine questions...and promised to get back me as soon as they had some ideas... They just followed up, helped me brainstorm some DIY ideas and encouraged me to keep trying. Not once was I fat shamed or made to feel bad!! I would highly recommend giving them a try... their service is incredible, compassionate, knowledgable and kind! Thanks! You made my day better :)

Had the service tech Aaron come by to look at our elliptical. I didn’t want to spend much on the repair, as it’s old and doesn’t get used much anyway. Aaron was super helpful, informative, was able to diagnose the issue, and luckily fix it on site. I am very happy with SOS, and specifically Aaron. Highly recommend.

We used this service (prior to Covid) for our office building's gym. SOS was attentive, comprehensive and well priced. They were excellent with follow through and keeping us informed of the options we had for service needs. They tried to save us money while doing a very thorough job. Excellent service and communication from SOS fitness. We had an Horizon treadmill where the main board display was not working and the incline function had stopped working. Emailed SOS, and Holly was quick to respond and setup the appointment. The terms of the appointment were pretty straightforward and she very quickly had Aaron booked to come to our house a few days later. Let me say, Aaron is an amazing and knowledgable technician. Not only did he fixed the incline the problem on the initial, call but also diagnosed the display issue needing a new board. He was punctual, knowledgable, and made sure the issue was fixed prior to leaving including giving the machine a quick tune up. Overall, I will be using them again to do our annual "equipment" checkup. Anyone else looking for a professional company at competitive rates, then give SOS Fitness a try.

When our 16 year old elicpical developed a ‘clunk’ I was expecting to shell out thousands for a new one. I found SOS Fitness on the web and booked a service call, still expecting major repairs. When Aaron showed up he quickly diagnosed that the bolts had come undone from the flywheel and with in minutes he had the machine back up and running and even gave it its first cleaning! Many thanks to Aaron for a very professional visit and to Holly for great organization and follow up.

Aaron was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, especially considering my treadmill is no longer on the market. Holly was also very helpful in getting things all arranged. We are so very impressed with the skilled technician Aaron, who came to our home and repaired our Tour de France spin machine and completely tuned up our treadmill. The best rates for this service and clearly a very skilled technician. We can’t say enough about how glad we are to have this service. We will have you back yearly for cleaning and servicing. Great service—Called twice and tech Aaron was punctual and professional and Holly as well in the office was very helpful... I called SOS because my elliptical machine was making a clunking noise. They got back to me in a half hour and booked an appointment for the following day. Aaron the tech was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He identified the problem right away and had what he needed to fix it. He also did a complete look over of the machine and sanitized everything as well. My machine is working like new again. Super fast and easy, awesome service.

I've had to call on SOS a few times for different reasons with respect to my equipment. I've found the technician/expert Aaron to be exceptionally honest and thorough with his work. He explains everything really well. This is a very reliable company that you can trust with repairs. I never get the sense that they are trying to sell something or pressure me in to a decision. Would not hesitate to call SOS again or recommend them to anyone.
