I Will NEVER go back here again. I had my brows done & was left with bruises because she pulled the wax so hard. It almost seemed intentional. That has never happened to me before ever. I wasn't asked or consulted on what I wanted and my brows were completely reshaped without my consent. I walked out of their gaslighted into thinking my brows were not able to be styled in any other shape ever though I've had my brows done for many years in different styles. I wouldn't recommend this beauty service to ANYONE as my brows were sore and damaged for days after. I wouldn't have even left a review as the establishment is quite intimidating but my husband told me it's the right thing to do.

I had HD brows done here today for the very first time, was absolutely chuffed to bits with the results, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have them done. Fantastic service, super friendly staff, so welcoming and accommodating and the salon is spotless clean. I also had a lie down sun bed which was state of the art top quality, room was so private, clean and well equipped with wipes, deodorants and the essentials you’d need. I also have my classic lashes done here by the super talented Polly who is simply the best. Great salon would give 10 stars if I could, thank you all
