I was so thrilled to discover Nurse Heather’s clinic locally, and I’m proud to say I was one of her first clients. She is incredibly thorough, safe, and knowledgeable, and I trust her completely. The treatment plan she put together for me has made a real difference to my skin and my confidence, and I always look forward to my appointments with her — not just for the results, but for the lovely catch-up as well. Her treatments are very competitively priced and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Heather is amazing! I have suffered quite badly with acne, and have seen Heather for just over 3 months now. I have had regular microneedling and wow what a difference. Heather has taken into consideration the medication I have been on, what is best suited to my skin and goes above and beyond in each appointment. She is wonderful and the results have been something I never thought would be possible. We have a long road ahead but I am so grateful for everything she has done so far. Heather is a registered nurse and prescriber. She knows her stuff and it’s very clear in each appointment. Thank you for everything!! Olivia

I have recently had PRP at Skintap and the results are more than i expected. My skin is glowing. The procedure was comfortable and numbing cream was used. I have two small bruises and that's all. Heather is attentive and gentle and so professional .

Heather really is set apart when it comes to her expertise, knowledge and nursing experience! She lets you know what is happening step by step during (and after) your appointment/consultation and is extremely honest about what your skin needs. I’ve never once felt like she is trying to sell me something I don’t need. Heather nails the balance between professional and friend, time goes so quick in her chair ☺️ Highly recommend!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Heather, on my skin. Not only is Heather friendly & welcoming, but she is so knowledgeable & well informed - she has taught me so much about my melanated skin (Fitzpatrick 5). Heather has such a wide selection of treatments to choose from & she is always striving to add more treatments to offer. You can tell she has a true passion for what she does! In the winter I’ll be completing a course of chemical peels & I cannot wait!

Great care taken, and lots of info provided. I felt very well looked after. I'd never had sunburn so had no rl expectation of post treatment tingles. Session 1 was ouchy, 2 less so and 3 pretty easy (was early autumn evening, so helped me feel less 'seen' w slightly blushed 😊 Each session had reduced downtime and 'healing' for me. Skin texture feels smoother and improved ✨️ Glad I went to a quality place and private environment for my first dabble in type of care. Thank you n.Heather! (m.needle treatment x3 to date). Would recommend.

Nurse Heather is far more than being informed, kind and bringing 20yrs experience working in ensuring only the highest level of patient care. For her it was about making sure you were making the right decisions for your biggest organ, your skin. Whilst making you feel good about how you look was important, this was not at the expense of your safety or any future complications that could arise. Nurse Heather helps her patients invest in their skin first, looks second. And for me that is what separates her from the rest.
