Successfully experimented with these spores on two separate occasions over two years ago. Recently ordered two more sets of spores for more experimentation, and both were clumped together in one large clump. I was unable to separate them no matter how hard I shook them or attempted to follow their troubleshooting suggestions. I reached out to them and they sent two new sets of spores. This second set of them arrived just as the first. Completely stuck together in one large clump, and I was unable to shake them free. The sets I purchased two years ago arrived with tiny black dots free floating in both syringes. This time around, and the replacement set as well...all clumped together. I went ahead and experimented with the second set, and those efforts have proved unsuccessful to the point that I had to throw away everything. Lots of experimental components in the trash can. 😔 Though I was extremely happy with this company a couple years back, the quality of the last four experimental syringes I have ordered have not been viable and arrived dead. I'm disappointed.
I've been a customer for 4 years. I've had nothing but professional experiences. Product prices are good, shipping times are A+, and they even offer a free product with a purchase sometimes. The only hiccup was they were out of stock once on a specific spore I was interested in.. Good people here!!
Totally ghosted me!! Presently have given me every excuse in the book for not refunding my money. If you read the reviews, you'll see that they are vague, childish and written in-house!!!! Still trying to get a refund for a product I've never received!!! They just keep offering excuses as to why I can't get my money back!!!
IT'S A SCAM!!!!!! YOU WILL ACTUALLY NEVER RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM!! WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IS EXCUSES SUCH AS "SORRY FOR THE DELAY IN SHIPPING. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AGAIN ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS SHIPPED" AND THEN 10 DAYS LATER THEY'LL REPEAT THIS EMAIL!!!!

Every sample i recieved form you was contaminated, you have wasted to much of my time already with delayed delivery and months of setback due to your inferior product. There is no way for this vendor to be concidered reputable by my eyes. IT TOOK MONTHS for them to reply to a review, what does that say. Any way, to any readers "Buyer beware" do not buy here.

Nothing about the transaction was timely with the exception of getting a refund, which was complete in hours upon request. Shaman did however keep their word and still ship my order, along with 2 other freebees, and some pretty cool stickers. All syringes very impressively filled with what so far seems to be quality viable spores. I think i will give Shaman another chance on an order in the future but i would recommend one be sure to check current reviews to insure their "staffing issue" is resolved. Original order was placed on 9/22.
I have heard alot of good things about Shaman, but not so happy so far on my first order. I purposly chose an instock item to not have to wait like the last places ive used. So I placed an order on sept 22nd while under the impression that my order being instock would ship within their stated time frame. When asked when it would ship i was told they were having "staffing issues and have hired more people" and that my order would be shipped "by Monday the latest" when it didnt ship on Monday i asked when and i was told again about the staff shortage and " it looks like it should ship this week"
Ive read other reviews recently claiming to have been waiting a month without recieving shipping info. I will edit my review once i either get my product or ask for refund if i dont recieve tracking info soon.

When contacted about getting a refund they promtply offered a refund, however i was told it was to hard to refund my CC and i would have to create a CashApp account , which i did and within an hour my money was there. Thank you for that much, however they said they were sorry about the delay and it was unacceptable on their part. On Oct9th they said they would still be shipping my order, with something extra for the trouble and it will for sure be shipped by Wed Oct11th.....and i will get a shipping number....so i inquired about shipping info on Oct 12 with no reply and this morning the 13th with no reply...what woul you think? Kinda feels like im not getting that shipment, this is why i dropped review to 1 star. If i do get it i will edit but i think i need to find a new vendor. Thanks Shaman👎

Still no tracking info, no return emails. Placed an order with competior ITW, already got product within 5 days.

Company appears to be dieing they haven't had stock since October of last year without any updates on when they will be supplying more.
Update.
The response the company has made is very generic and provides no time table as when they will be resuming business.

I placed an order in October of '23 and i have yet to receive my product and customer service is non exsisting...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME
