All around good experience. The site was easy to use and the final product as exactly what I thought I was getting. I used Inkscape (free) to create an EPS file. I think it would be helpful if they gave a link to a guide to using Inkscape with their service.

This is a great company with great customer service. They worked with me to make sure that my design was right and the quote process blew me away how simple it was. I also had my part in just a week or so. This company is definitely doing it right when it comes to a outside machine shop for custom parts! Keep them in mind and don't be afraid to use them, they are a great tool to keep in your toolbox!
I used SendCutSend for the first time this year, to make several FRC robot parts out of aluminum. I found the workmanship excellent, their website easy to use, and the prices much lower than expected. Some parts had bends in them that SCS flagged as potentially risky, but their customer service was very helpful in my understanding that the risk was small. A good overall company for robot parts. As a FIRST participant, I was entitled to a one-time $100 credit, which was nice. I will continue to use them in the future. Ray Kimber, FRC Team 9100.
