When you spend time with wild animals, you slowly begin to understand why they are here instead of in the jungle. It doesn’t mean they don’t wish to be there only that many of them can no longer survive on their own without human care.
Some were rescued from the North, where elephants were once used for profit, asked to drag timber or perform in circuses. They worked for years, often in pain, with little rest.
As they grew older, they were no longer seen as useful. It’s a quiet sadness, and a reminder that their lives deserved far more kindness than they were given.
You can’t truly define a perfect sanctuary until you experience one for yourself.
A perfect sanctuary isn’t a place where you can touch or bathe the animals. It’s a place where you learn about their lives—where everything is shaped from their point of view. It reminds you that what matters isn’t just the money you pay, but the value of the experience and understanding you take with you.

They continue to improve the environment for the love and welfare of the elephants
A truly amazing experience
Fabulous experience seeing elephants rescued and rehomed in a natural habitat. You not only get the opportunity to find out more about each individual elephant but you also have the opportunity to make their food, feed them, see them take a bath and eat in their natural environment. A truly worthwhile experience we would highly recommend
