I am so happy to have a trustworthy HVAC professional that is also a neighbor. June 2025 Rich & his helper installed me a big beautiful 3 Ton AC & Furnace Combo this hopefully will last me as it will be my 3rd AC & 2nd Furnace since purchasing the house in 1990. Crazy on 3rd AC !!! & 2nd Furnace but previous HVAC company put a smaller Unit in so it would work harder thus petering out in 10 yrs. The Furnaces never were an issue I just wanted this one changed as package deal with Rich so the AC & Furnace Blower could handle the bigger unit. He was always so professional, kept me up to date on progress & he even outta kindness Tweaked my old dying AC with a new part FREE so in dead heat of July 2025 while new equipment was being ordered we all wouldn’t be hot in the house & he even offered Window units too to use if house was not cool enough. That says a lot goes above & beyond! Also I liked he would show me this & that with the AC answered my silly questions… he amazed me how much he knows about his craft He is a hard working & very knowledgeable & skilled tradesman.
He even was nice to my newly adopted little dog who would bark at him all day!! OMG that dog was awful! She even did her Business on his throw cloths ! He didn’t tell me until next appointment, he was oh she had an accident & we cleaned it up! I was so embarrassed I definitely would have cleaned that my family was supposed to be dog sitting mind you & they Took off to do errands , I was trying to sleep after work while Rich was doing the Furnace install so basically he had the PIA dog in his way when my family was supposed to be watching her! I was not happy with them!! I apologize to Rich & made sure for other appointments the Little beast would be with me . HE COULD have woke me up as I was asleep upstairs, but he didn’t. Who else would do that!?
He also would text me back with any concerns too ! I have also Told my friends j family to use his services they would NOT be Disappointed!
I am so so so so happy to have Rich as my go to HVAC professional !!! Also they cleaned up so well , always were prompt & just a well oiled machine of a team! Like small business too vs the big corporate ppl who sold me too small a unit … & always wanted to push other stuff like a germ cleaner for the furnace .. always a upsale with the other HVAC co. Who has the yellow/red company trucks ! Always wanted to UPSALE stuff no kidding !
Give Rich’ HVAC LLC a try you will not be disappointed! He also will work with in your budget & give you Equipment choices & break down of prices & also can set you up with a financial company if you need to get credit to pay for purchase. 5 Star business!!!!

I’m so happy and thankful that I am warm! My furnace stopped working with the first snow. Rich was able to fit me into his schedule and was able to find me a furnace with my Social Security budget in mind. I’m still getting used to the sound of the furnace and I realize how much my old furnace was working. Rich was professional and thoughtful. I am thankful to have found such a good and hard worker. He even had to build the intake corridor since my furnace was so old. He really knew what I needed!

I Called Rich on New year's eve. The furnace was making a temporary high pitched squeal He came later that evening to diagnose it. Of course the squeal didn't happen when he was here. He told me to pin point the squeal if happens again. Which it did I told him area of the squeal he ordered parts and fix it the next day. He's very knowledgeable and the service was great

We wanted to let the public know how pleased we are with the service Rich provided installing both a new furnace and A/C, as our previous units were about 25 years old. He stopped by beforehand to look things over and gave us suggestions and quotes for both.
After making our choice, he expertly installed both units. The installation took two days, with a final short day to check operations. All of our questions were answered, and Rich does not stop working. He is honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and very professional. He takes pride in his work and also addresses any older areas of concern he may run into.
Prior to the installation of the new A/C, I needed him for repairs to keep things running for about three years while we made the decision for the new setup. That’s why we went with Rich—he knows a whole lot of other things about repairs as well.

We needed a new furnace, new AC and water heater. Rich was very reasonable on his price, that being said, his work ethic was above reproach. Rich explained in detail how each system operated. He addressed any concerns we had about the installation. Other companies in the same line of work, should hang out with Rich for a day to see what true customer service entails. I made an appointment with a well known Heating and Air Conditioning business and they did not show up in the two hour window I was given and with no phone call to explain the delay I moved on to another business. I went on a Google search that led me to Rich’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I knew after talking to Rich I called the right business. He came out to the house and fixed our problem without trying to sell us something we didn’t need. We really appreciate the honesty and Rich’s professionalism getting us back up and running. There is one word to describe the service provided to me by Rich, and it is simply “correct”.
He is respectful, does clean work, and is very well reasonably priced. It is hard to get any more professional than this guy. He addressed the issue with perfect and reasonable solutions.
I am already going to have him come back out to address a couple other things.
If you want peace of mind knowing you will get a professional and correct job done, while also knowing you will be fairly charged, then Rich is you guy. I will be going to him and recommending him going forward to all my friends and neighbors.
