I can highly recommend Paresh, I asked him to diagnose some structural problems with my house, which he did. He provided me a clear, concise report with photos explaining the problems and the remedial work that needed to be undertaken. He even followed up after the report to make sure I fully understood it. He was prompt, professional and attentive in all my dealings with him. He did a good job for a very fair price.

Thank you Dalbir. This is really good project as it started from ground zero. We really had few challenges initially with conifers around and then co-ordinating with posi-joist and roof truss suppliers. I am sure many more elements are still coming. This is really good project and I can see the progress during each site visit. This new built house with such a large open layout was quite challenging and it really went well. It has also been pleasure to work with you along with Architect and builder as we all have worked as a nice team.

Paresh has been very professional and friendly from the start. He did a site visit at short notice and provided calculations for a RSJ within a week. He then proceeded to support the project and was just a phone call away when my builder and I where discussing some slight alterations which came to light once the walls and ceilings have been removed. Finally, Paresh helped with building control from a role of a principal designer as well. Would be more than happy to recommend Paresh for structural engineering needs to anyone.
