Central Heating System Annual Service I contacted Pierson Heating as my central heating system was overdue for its annual service. Lee did the service quickly and efficiently. He also answered a couple of questions I had about maintaining the system during the year. I'll be happy to book him again for next year's service.

Lee and team are consummate professionals. Make no mistake, my boiler installation was a challenge. Above the stairs it was a tricky location with an equally problematic side extension causing headaches. Did this deter them? Not one bit. Their can do attitude and problem solving expertise was evident as they installed a Worcester boiler, the Cadillac of heatings systems, with no issues. Love it and highly recommend.

Fantastic service – new boiler and heating system installed perfectly I needed a new boiler and central heating system. After getting a couple of quotes, I chose Lee from Pierson Heating. He took the time to explain the different options and helped me choose what would work best for my home. The installation of the new combi boiler, radiators, and pipework was done exactly as I wanted. I’ve already recommended him to friends and family.

We have never been lost for words about workmanship and people from any Company as we have had with Pierson Heating Ltd. From start to finish both Lee and Pete were exceptional. Their workmanship when installing our new boiler and radiators was out of this world. They came to do the job over three days always on time and we have never had workmen who were so exceptionally tidy. When we came home from work every day the carpet had been hoovered and all their equipment had been put to one side so it wasn't in our way. Lee came after the install to explain everything we needed to know about the working of the boiler, radiator and the Hive which connects to our mobile phone so we can regulate the on/off and temperature of the heating when we were out. We may have gone on a bit but if you want new heating you can't go wrong if you contact Pierson Heating who are amazing and will give you the most exceptional service around. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we forgot to say their estimate was reasonable too.

Exceptional Company This Companies workmanship when installing our new boiler and radiators was out of this world. Lee and Pete were always on time, exceptionaly tidy and really courtious. It was a pleasure having them work here as we have never had the carpet everywhere hoovered after a days work. Pete is an amazing engineer and Lee came after the work was finished to explain everything we needed to know after the install including the Hive which connects to your phone so you can work the heat in the house when you are out. If you want the best Lee and Pete offer exceptional service. Best service ever.

The nicest tradesperson in Brighton! Lee is the nicest tradesperson we used whilst living in Brighton. He fitted a new boiler for us about 8 years ago and serviced it every year since as well as doing gas safety checks and servicing a gas fire. Lovely person and great at what he does and we would highly recommend him. We have sadly moved from Brighton but will recommend him to our buyers. Thanks so much Lee!

A plumber friend recommended Pierson Heating when our boiler broke down in the middle of winter. With a small baby in the house we needed the boiler fixed urgently and Lee came out the same day after his normal shift had finished. We really appreciated this, especially considering he had his own little one at home who he was keen to get back to. Lee fixed the boiler quickly and efficiently and we were so impressed that we've used him since for boiler services and some other work that was needed. He's punctual, polite, tidy and well-priced as well.
