Fabulous food and service for a birthday party of 30+ people. Guests loved the food and remarked on the amazing attentiveness of staff. Wonderful evening with lots of nut free, gluten free and paleo options. Special thanks to Caesar, Francesca and superb bartender Mel.

Wow! Parlato's Catering really delivered for our late December wedding. Right from the beginning, they understood our vision and proposed a menu that hit the nail on the head. Communication was great throughout, and they were great when we added some services just a few weeks before the event. The food itself, its presentation, and the onsite staff were fantastic, and our guests had nothing but good things to say. Two thumbss up from me!
We just hired the services of Parlato’s for our family’s Christmas Eve dinner. We are a large family of over 25 people with a mix of Latin and Canadian traditions and this was the first time we chose catering instead of cooking ourselves. Well, Sonia’s team totally exceeded our expectations!! We opted for the classic “turkey dinner” set up, which was delivered right on time as scheduled. The turkey was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! It was served with real mashed potatoes prepared with the right texture and flavour. We also enjoyed a delicious stuffing and traditional green beans and carrots with a very special seasoning that everyone enjoyed. The homemade gravy and cranberry sauce were also superb!
Overall, this was a fantastic dinner and by trusting Sonia and her team our family was able to spend more quality time together and reduce the stress of the holidays. We will definitely go back to Parlato’s for all our future catering needs, trusting Sonia to ensure everything will be perfectly prepared!
PS: We did prepare our own desserts this time, though. We were not ready to give up all our family traditions just yet! 😉 On the other hand, Parlato’s offers a great menu selection that we will be curious to try in the future!
Sonia made room for our event last minute and we’re so happy she did. The food was lovely! Especially the lamb meatballs. We were also so impressed by the servers professionalism. She was fabulous. Overall having Parlato’s cater our little Christmas event definitely elevated it and made hosting so much easier.
Parlato's catered our Holiday Staff Party and it was truly a lovely experience! Sonia and her staff are wonderful, kind, passionate people and the quality of the food is unmatched. Everyone was extremely pleased and all the food was gone by the end of the night! We will definitely be using their services again for the future. Parlato's did an amazing job catering for our wedding of ~150 people. We did passed appetizers for cocktail hour and a buffet style/food stations for a sit down dinner and every item was a hit. Our guests loved the food and Sonia at Parlato's was great to work with. There were lots of options for the menus and she was able to accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs.
The salmon and beef tenderloin were cooked to perfection, people couldn't stop going up for seconds!
Our family Christmas Party was such a success. Parlato's Catering was the star of our day. They delivered a great meal, hot, plenty for all and right on time. If you have never tried this caterer I would 100% recommend them. Thank you to all the staff at Parlato's Catering they prepared and presented a wonderful meal.
